I was born in Paternoster, and we made a living out of the sea.
Without the sea there would be no life for us. It gives us food on the table. I worked for Paternoster Fisheries for 42 years – I was 16 years old when I started to work.
What does the sea mean to you?
We love the sea very much – we can take our children to the sea and we can go to the sea anytime.
